  • Mobility opportunities for Voluntary Education and Training (VET) organisations

  • UĦM VOice of the workers

  • In the first quarter of 2017, MEUSAC assisted 25 organisations in applying for funds under different funding programmes. One successful awarded project was submitted under Erasmus+ Key Action 1: Mobility project for VET for learners and staff. This particular funding strand specifically targets organisations offering vocational education and training. VET organisations have the opportunity to send staff overseas for teaching or training assignments and learners for traineeships.

The project, entitled ‘MMF officials of the Future’, submitted by the Malta Motorsport Federation (MMF), offers MMF members the opportunity to gain first-hand training and experience in officiating international motor sporting events. Through its collaboration with the Automobile Club d'Italia (ACI), the MMF will be sending 10 members on six different mobilities to engage in different job shadowing experiences with qualified and various ranking ACI officers in order to gain the necessary experience and expertise required to provide such a service in Malta.

For more information on the various EU funding programmes or assistance on how to match the priorities of the organisations with the EU funding opportunities available, you may contact MEUSAC on funding.meusac@gov.mt or on 2200 3300.
